We want you to feel confident when purchasing Elevion. Because our products are carefully formulated and packaged to meet high hygiene and safety standards, we offer a limited return policy outlined below.


14-Day Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unused and unopened

  • It is in its original packaging

  • All seals (if applicable) are intact

To ensure product safety and quality, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items.


How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please email us at:

Include your order number and a brief reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the next steps if your return is approved.

Please note: returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear after processing

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at support@elevionskin.com within 48 hours of delivery, and include photos if possible. We’ll make it right.


Final Sale Items

Items marked as final sale or purchased during promotions are not eligible for return.
